Shipping policy

HELLO :)

I am a small business. It is just me painting, preparing orders and going to the post office.

UK Orders

• I endeavour to process and post all orders within 2-3 days from being placed (unless it is a commission), but sometimes it may take me a little longer. Orders are only posted during weekdays, around 8 am. 
• If you require to meet a particular deadline, please contact me before placing an order.

• A2 prints require outsourcing, so these may take 7-10 days to be fulfilled. 

• Orders of prints and greeting cards are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48 or 2nd Class on a hard-backed envelope, but there is the option to upgrade to Express shipping. with Tracked24 (Royal Mail)

• Commissions are posted via Royal Mail 1st class tracked or Tracked24 with signature.

• I will seek an alternative shipping courier in times of exceptional circumstances such as strikes or programmed disruptions.

International orders

For the moment, I am unable to ship internationally from this website. However, you can find all of my range with a limited selection of sizes through my Etsy shop.
